One of our clients in New Nozha is looking for an Odoo Implementation Team Leader to work on the following duties and with the mentioned requirements:
Responsibilities:
1) Team Leadership:
. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Odoo implementation professionals.
. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
2) Project Management:
. Oversee the end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
3) Client Collaboration:
. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
. Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and provide expert guidance on Odoo best practices.
4) Configuration and Customization:
. Personally contribute to the configuration and customization of Odoo modules as needed.
. Ensure that the implemented solutions align with client requirements and industry best practices.
5) Quality Assurance:
. Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
. Implement best practices and quality standards to enhance the overall performance of the team.
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.· 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation.· Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team.· In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, configurations, and customizations.· Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project deliveries.· Odoo certification is a must.
