Description



An officer-accountant oversees financial matters within an organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities typically include managing financial records, preparing reports, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes. Requirements



Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; and preparing reports. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. day-to-day recording the financial transactions and assessing basic accounting data.

Education



Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is a must.

Experience:



Minimum 2 years of work experience as accountant Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedure Good in MS office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint* Good command of English language
