14- Receive reports from team leaders and evaluates employees Performance
15- Giving permissions, rewards, Deduction and warnings letter
16- Resolving conflicts between team members and develop a healthy environment  
17help in setting incentive and reward programs 
18train  new hr department employee on the academy & make work shops 
19make consultation services to the management 
20make all personal tasks to the team
