Proven Sales Experience:

  •  Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the exhibition or events industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Target-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed to accommodate exhibition schedules.
  • Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities to establish and maintain relationships within the industry.
  • Technology system: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions to drive sales.
  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, resilient, and proactive approach to sales activities.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
