We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team and lead our IT department in a fast-paced and dynamic localization company. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology and systems within TTG . This individual will manage a team of IT professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of technology infrastructure and applications that support our localization services.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment where tasks are effectively delegated, clear goals are set, and regular performance feedback is provided to facilitate professional growth and encourage creativity.

Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with TTG’s goals and objectives, focusing on improving efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Identify opportunities for technology innovation and lead initiatives to enhance existing systems and processes.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the localization industry, and evaluate their potential impact on our business.

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee maintenance, optimization, and reliability of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Implement best practices for system administration, data backup, disaster recovery, and network security.
• Manage relationships with vendors for timely technical support and issue resolution.
• Ensure stability and reliability of domain controllers, managing user accounts, group policies, and network resources.
• Administer RADIUS server for remote user authentication and authorization.
• Ensure integrity, access control, and backup procedures for file server infrastructure.
• Administer VOIP platform for efficient voice communication and voicemail services.
• Manage VPN solutions for secure remote access to network resources.
• Utilize PRTG Network Monitor for continuous monitoring and proactive issue resolution.
• Implement network traffic analysis and monitoring tools.
• Oversee backup solution for data protection and disaster recovery.
• Implement clustering technologies for enhanced system reliability and performance, Strong understanding of networking, server administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT service management principles. 
•  Experience with IT infrastructure management, including on-premises and cloud environments. 
•  Familiar with IT service delivery models, such as ITIL or DevOps methodologies. 
  
   

Application Development and Support:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.

Security and Compliance:

Establish and enforce IT security policies , conducting regular assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation measures, thereby safeguarding company data and assets from internal and external threats while ensuring compliance with regulations and ISO 27001

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) preferred.Proven experience of 10 years in IT, of which at least 3 years in Leadership management roles, preferably in the localization or language services industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of implementing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, network security, and cloud technologies.Familiarity with localization tools and platforms (e.g., CAT tools, translation management systems) is a plus.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Plan, develop, and manage the annual IT budget in alignment with organizational objectives, conducting expense tracking, cost analysis, and optimization strategies to ensure efficient allocation of resources, adherence to budgetary constraints, and maximized return on investment.  Technical Skills & Certificates : • Network administration and management (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs) • Server administration (Windows, Linux) • Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms) • Cybersecurity and IT risk management • IT service management frameworks (ITIL, DevOps) • Project management methodologies .• Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) .• Backup and disaster recovery solutions ,  IT performance monitoring and reporting tools.• Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification •Has IT service management certifications (ITIL, DevOps, or related) • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or relevant vendor-specific certifications) • Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH, or related)
