Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:- 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in international markets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and continued service.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to discuss their needs and assess the quality of the relationship.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to new and existing clients to secure business deals and contracts.
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance client acquisition, retention, and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to recommend improvements or new products/services.
  • Work closely with the logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure that the delivery of services or products meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that are relevant to international markets.
  • Ensure all account activity complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain sales records and other relevant documentation for all transactions.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with international clients.
  • Continuously research and remain knowledgeable about market conditions and competition in the international landscape.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to keep up-to-date with market trends and to network with professionals in the field.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.Must be fluent in English, both written and spokenFluency in additional languages is highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or a similar role, preferably in an international or export setting.Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.In-depth knowledge of international trade and export processes.Familiarity with customs regulations, shipping protocols, and international legal compliance.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
