The Expertologists Marketing is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for a diverse range of clients. You will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and oversee media buying and advertisement campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each client’s brand.
  • Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and interact with users to foster community engagement.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and implement social media strategies.
  • Analyze client’s business goals and develop social media plans that align with those objectives.

Media Buying & Advertisement:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads.
  • Conduct audience research, set up targeting, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to continuously refine strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve client strategies.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports for clients, showcasing results and strategic suggestions.

Client Management:

  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and update them on campaign progress.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to enhance their social media presence.

 


Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.).Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).Media Buying & Advertisement:Expertise in creating and managing paid social media campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.Strong knowledge of targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management.Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results.Additional Requirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a marketing agency environment.Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.Knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
