 Qualification requirements 

 Age: not less than 30 years old 

·          English level: intermediate 

·          PC skills confidence user of Microsoft office software,SAP, CMMS, Oracle DB, AutoCAD

·          Education level: higher education 

·         Education major: mechanical engineer or electrical/electronic engineering 

 Special knowledge, expertise and skills 

·         Expertise in operation, installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems

·         Knowledge of technical characteristics, design features, operation molds and instructions on the technical operations of HVAC equipment and tools used in the preventive & corrective maintenance activities

·         Knowledge of HVAC maintenance practice, how to identify the causes of failures of HVAC equipment during operation, and take measures for their prevention and elimination

·         Knowledge of structural features air handling units, Air cooled condensing units, VRV split A/Cs, Split packaged air-conditioning units, 

·         spit air-conditioning units, exhaust fans

·         Ability to design and interpret civil drawings and principal schemes

·          Ability to develop as-built documentation and implement design changes in CAD drawings through AutoCAD or Visio

·          Knowledge of building management system 

·          Expertise with generate maintain strategies 

·          Inventory control 

·         Procurement  and contracting strategies

·          Budgeting 

·          HSE competence 

·          Planning on material resource
