Description:
- Full understanding of projects’ requirements concerning time, cost and quality.
- Develop project innovative concept design to fulfil client’s requirements and project’s needs.
- Develop project’s concept design and prepare detail design drawings.
- Prepare Architectural permitting drawings, and assure full compliance with all Authorities’ requirements, regulations and international standards.
- Coordinate with all disciplines at all stages to develop a fully coordinated project.
- Study, analyze and provide technical solutions for design problems.
- Meet clients/ Developers/ Authorities for technical discussions when required.
- Drive innovative and cost-effective solutions into the design.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Architectural Design.
- Ability to lead mid-size projects and coordinate fully with other disciplines.
