Key responsibilities & duties
- Identify and research potential customers within the target market and makes sales appointments with clients.
- Generate leads through various channels such as calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and challenges.
- Recommend appropriate machinery solutions to meet customer needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our machinery offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and present proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely conversion into sales.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive sales results.
- Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales and discovers how to market products to new users.
- Conducts customers visits, makes reports, sends reports to sales managers on weekly bases.
- Responsible for invoicing, delivery notes for equipment sales in his branch.
- Keeping accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
