We are looking for a Technical Training & Competence Manager for one of our clients with the following details:
Start: September 2024
Location: Basra, Iraq
Duration: 12 months, renewable
Scheme: Rotation (28/28)
Qualifications And Experience Required:
- University Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in technical training and competence management within the oil and gas industry. Previous experience in managing an international team
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent instructional design and training delivery skills.
- Experience in conducting training needs assessments and competency evaluations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus (both written and spoken).
