Zain Cash is looking for an individual who will be assigned to work in Najaf to support our current and future projects in the underlying governorates.
The individual primary focus will be responsible for identifying new agents and ensuring all the agents have full awareness, are trained, liquid, and familiar with products and clients. He will also lead registration events, manage deals until contracting, and manage our dealer account within his region.
- Daily management of network agents in the governorate.
- Expansion of the agent's network in the governorate as per set targets.
- Follow up the account’s creation process with the dealer for the newly identified agents.
- Track the performance of the existing agents in the market (awareness/knowledge, e-money availability, Sales, printing materials, etc.)
- Follow up on his territory sales growth/drop
- Work with the Marketing Department to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives.
- Follow up with the vendors on the ground for the installation of the new materials.
- Train our dealers for any new offers and make sure our agents are updated with the new information.
- Monitor sub-dealer's balance/transactions and evaluate the sub-dealers in his region (which one needs to terminate & which one needs to replace it).
- Overall management and follow-up of complaints from agents and ensure such are solved.
- Monitor organizations' registration events and other events in the region.
