A leading company in the home appliance industry is seeking
a dynamic Technical Service Supervisor to join their team in Baghdad.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians in providing technical support and repair services for home appliances.
- Manage daily service schedules, assignments, and workload distribution to ensure efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide technicians in resolving customer problems.
- Oversee quality control to ensure repairs and service work meet company standards.
- Monitor and report on service performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with the spare parts department to ensure availability of parts for repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and coaching to technicians.
RequirementsRequired Skills and Abilities:
- Strong technical knowledge of home appliances and their repair processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficient in using CRM and service management software.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in home appliance repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Certifications in relevant appliance repair
systems are a plus
