Mission of the job
As pre-sales Expert you will be responsible as the expert for consulting presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced pre-Sales and sales Team members. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for pre-sales/Sales members.
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Act as a Technology Consultant to Asiacell’ s Enterprise Sales Team, advising them on the best solutions and technologies for customer Solutions needs
· Daily visits to enterprise and SME customer to generate new leads and to convert those leads into sales
· Capture and document customer Technical requirements.
· Participate in technical interactions with prospective clients and customers
· Conduct workshops with both Technical as well as Business users to define and showcase the value provided by Asiacell Enterprise solution Services.
· Coordinating with Marketing to ensure that the right offering is on the market at the right time
· Have full knowledge of the product, services and solutions offered locally as well as in similar countries.
· Coordination with account mgrs., Customer care to ensure an excellent customer service is provided.
· Help in Design and costing of customized solution as per customer requirement with support of the marketing/technical team.
· Generate weekly & monthly dashboard to monitor pre-sales activity
· Participate in developing, training, and motivation of Pre-sales team
· Have extensive knowledge of competitor business/technical model and position accordingly
Skills
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or in Computer Science or in Engineering qualifications.
· 3 - 5 years’ work experience in a telecommunications or IT environment or ISP companies.
· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
· Extensive vendor management experience.
· Strong sense of urgency, proactive and responsive behavior, follow-through, and customer empathy.
· Knowledge of the Telecommunications market a must
· Effective communication skills, written and oral
· Language skills (English, Arabic).
