- Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Achieve sales targets set by the Head of Department.
2. Generate revenue through sales of gas network systems and applications to targeted potential clients in the aim of generating LPG demand and sales for the Company.
3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, functionality, and competitive advantages.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs, and provide technical solutions to meet those needs.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing how the company's products or services can solve their problems or fulfill their requirements.
6. Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and bids. Ensure that proposals align with customer requirements and industry best practices.
7. Educate customers about product features, installation, and usage. Address technical inquiries and concerns to build trust and confidence.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
9. Execute Department’s policies and procedures
10. Resolve issues and problems with clients
11. Prepare weekly reports to the Head of Department on the progress of offers and sales activities
- Requirements & Qualifications:
1- A Diploma in Engineering from an accredited institute with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in similar operation
2- Very good oral and written communication skills in English
3- have past experience relating to marketing and sales of gas, HAVC and/or mechanical systems as well as client management
4- have good knowledge of installation procedures, fittings, regulators, tools, and gas accessories
5- Very good knowledge of sales techniques, public relations, and contract negotiations Operational Skills.
6- Very good knowledge and experience in management, engineering, and the industry
7- Very good knowledge and exposure to current trends in the industry, market and competition
8- In-depth technical knowledge encompassing understanding of sales engineering, installation, reporting, and budgeting, very good command of integrated systems such as software, hardware, personnel, processes (manual and automated), procedures, controls and data necessary to carry out respective functions
9- Advanced math skills including, but not limited to, calculating interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages, balance accounts, locating routine mathematical errors, computing rate, ratio and percent, including drafting and interpretation of graphs
10- Very good organizational and time management skills
