  • Applying and following the client contractual QHSE obligations, PSGS’s QHSE policy and procedures.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the ISO Management Documentation System and standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, & ISO 45000.
  • Ensuring that the operation align with the Management mission, strategic objectives and policies
  • Directing and managing project development from beginning to end
  • Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
  • Camp Facilities Managing
  • Knowledge of Supplying of food raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, drinking water and safe catering
  • Supervising of Water supply, purification, distribution, storage, technical usage of residual water
  • Controlling of Fuel acceptance, storage dispensing, circulation, distribution and maintenance and repairs of equipment and storage facilities
  • Knowledge of supervising of Maintenance and Cleaning premises.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and HSE
  • Managing budget, to maintaining and increasing profit margins.
  • Responsible for all Catering, Administration, Cleaning and Maintenance aspects on site.
  • Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate staffs in the operations.
  • Waste management and disposal
  • Knowledge of utility service connections
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the team
  • Proactively manage changes in the project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising team members
  • Quickly able to respond to any possible complaints
  • Building a team and motivating people
  • Setting and continually managing project expectations with the Operation team
  • Act as a food safety team member
  • Performing other duties as directed


Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration or qualification in Food and Beverage Service Management or Hotel Industry Management
  • 7 years experience in a management capacity in an International environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the catering process for a large number of people, as well as general Maintenance knowledge
  • Should be familiar with Occupational Safety & Health Regulations (OSHA) and ISO and implementation of HSE programs
  • Experience in Oil & Gas Remote Site Life Support Services or related contract opportunities
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills. Should be able to manage employees in the concerned environment by self
