Reseller Operation Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement an effective onboarding process for resellers, including providing starter kits, training materials, and access to dedicated support lines for their initial setup and continued guidance.
Monitor reseller sales performance and manage commission and incentive structures. Calculate and oversee the distribution of earnings based on net sales, and support resellers in meeting their sales targets.
Foster a sense of community among resellers through social media groups, quarterly meet-ups, and events that encourage collaboration and promote shared goals.
Work with finance to facilitate weekly fund withdrawals, and collaborate with customer support to resolve reseller-related inquiries on all platforms.
Develop sales-driven rewards, such as leaderboards, monthly awards, and challenges that motivate resellers and reward top performance.
Market Localization: Create and distribute promotional materials tailored to local trends. This includes producing motivational content and showcasing Iraq-based success stories to attract new resellers.
Proven ability to manage operations, from onboarding to commission distribution, with attention to detail and process optimization.
Passion for working with resellers, understanding their challenges, and providing the tools and incentives to help them succeed.
Ability to use data to track performance metrics and drive actionable insights for enhancing reseller engagement and earnings.
Deep understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to create content and campaigns that resonate with Iraqi resellers and their customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in operations, sales support, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills with experience in relationship building and managing external partnerships.
Proficiency in data analysis tools for tracking and reporting reseller performance.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Working Conditions:
Office- Based, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day.
