A leading multinational company in the beverage industry is seeking a skilled Digital Technology Onsite Support Specialist to join their team in Iraq. This important role within the company's operations department offers an excellent opportunity for a professional responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. The specialist will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.
1.Primary responsibilities:-
Defines, , configures and support
all computer applications.
Oversees implementation, support
and inventory control of applications.
Provide
technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to
computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to
queries either in person or over the phone.
Maintain
daily performance of computer systems.
Respond to
email messages for customers seeking help.
Install,
modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Run diagnostic programs to
resolve problems.
Resolve technical problems with
Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
Install computer peripherals for
users.
Follow up
with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Gain feedback
from customers about computer usage.
Run reports
to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
RequirementsRequirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Major: Engineering / Computer Science
- Capabilities:
- Highly analytical
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Able to lead and manage technology systems and cross-functional projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Upper intermediate proficiency in English (and local language if an expat)
- University graduate
