FUNCTION: Marketing
LOCATION: Iraq - Erbil
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES.
As a Field Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of our brands across designated regions in Iraq. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring brand performance, gathering valuable market insights, tracking competitor activities, and ensuring the effective implementation of consumer activation strategies to enhance brand impact.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Market & Brand Performance Analysis
- Market Monitoring: Conduct regular market visits to assess brand performance and identify growth opportunities. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.
- Brand Performance Analysis: Evaluate the success of brand strategies in the region by applying critical metrics to analyze brand performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions based on performance insights.
- Competitor Intelligence: Keep up with competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making. Provide detailed reports on competitor strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on market performance, consumer feedback, and activation results. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing market insights, brand performance, and actionable recommendations.
Consumer Activation & Collaboration
- Consumer Activation: Lead all aspects of the planning and execution of consumer activation initiatives in alignment with marketing strategies. Improve consumer engagement by flawlessly completing promotional events, product launches, and campaigns.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with trade marketing, sales, and consumer activation teams to align national strategies with overall company objectives. Provide regular updates to the trade team on regional performance and market dynamics.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar regional management role within the industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Driven by results, with a solid track record of accomplishing set targets.
- Ability to travel extensively within the country.
