Responsible for daily bank statement analysis, including verifying deductions and identifying discrepancies. Performs daily reconciliations of agent and bank accounts, investigates and resolves discrepancies, and maintains accurate reconciliation records
Daily Bank Statement Analysis:
- Analyze and verify all deductions, including bank fees, charges, and other deductions, and identify any discrepancies between the bank statement and internal records
- Prepare and submit discrepancy reports to the relevant bank(s) as required.
Daily Account Reconciliation:
- Perform daily reconciliations between agent accounts and corresponding bank accounts.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reconciliations Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
