Position: IT Operations Team Leader
Location: Head Office, Iraq
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the technical support and operations team, providing direction, motivation, and development opportunities. Plan and organize technical support and operational activities to ensure efficient execution. Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical services to users and clients. Supervise troubleshooting processes for hardware, software, and systems issues. Execute routine maintenance, updates, and configurations for IT equipment and applications. Provide timely support to technology and business departments. Oversee end-of-day/month/year tasks on banking systems. Maintain and share technical knowledge related to hardware, systems, and security. Prepare periodic reports for management and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT operations or a similar role.
