CRM TECNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  On behalf of Nawal a leading company in
the home appliance industry Shull is seeking a dynamic CRM Technical Service
Representative to join their team in Erbil.

    Responsible for entering
repair data into the service program.
Support service
centers throughout Iraq with daily service activities and ensuring correct data
entry into the service program (CRM).
Assist technicians
at the central repair center in sharing and entering repair data into the
service program.
Coordinate with the
Service Manager in Erbil and the Customer Service Manager in Istanbul HQ for
reporting.
Communicate with
the Call Center in Iraq.
Handle customer
complaints received via the call center, sales dealers, or from the field.


RequirementsGraduate from High
School or University.

Minimum of 2 years
experience in customer operations and call center.

Knowledge in
Consumer Electronics, ERP, and CRM.

Good PC skills,
especially in MS Office Applications (Excel, PPT).

Proficient in
writing and speaking Kurdish, Arabic, and English (Turkish is a plus).

Analytical mind and
strong problem-solving skills.

Good communication
skills.
