We are the Delia Arts Foundation, an international non-profit organization that focuses on the development of underserved communities worldwide, using music, arts and education to promote artistic development, cultural expression and social change.
We are seeking a local Iraqi professional to assist us in identifying and establishing partnerships and collaborations within the country. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, knowledge of the local business landscape, and experience in business development or partnership management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential partners, organizations, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, negotiations, and collaborations on behalf of our Foundation.
- Provide insights on the local market, business culture, and partnership opportunities.
- Assist in drafting agreements and following up on partnership developments.
- Represent the company in networking events and relevant business forums.

Requirements:
- Must be a local Iraqi resident with a strong network in business or institutional sectors.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or networking roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of local market trends and business environment.
