- Oversee the development of Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and other technical documentation, ensuring alignment with the BRD and overall business strategy.
- Lead user testing efforts to validate product designs, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles to enhance product usability and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough analysis of product performance metrics, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
- Plan and execute proof-of-concept initiatives to test new features and enhancements, guiding successful implementation and scaling efforts.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/Product Design, and development teams to ensure that product development aligns with business goals and timelines.
- Provide leadership in long-term product planning, including creating and managing product roadmaps that prioritize key features and initiatives.
