Job Summary:
A General Manager in a production company specializing in music videos, event management, and
client marketing plays a crucial role in driving the company's overall strategy and operational
excellence. This leadership position blends creative oversight with rigorous business management,

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Planning
• Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.
• Formulate and execute business strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive
revenue growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and oversee expansion initiatives.
2. Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations across all departments including production, event management,
and marketing.
• Ensure seamless project execution from pre-production through post-production for music
videos and events.
• Monitor production schedules, manage timelines, and ensure projects remain on budget.
3. Team Management & Development
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including creative directors, production
staff, event coordinators, and marketing professionals.
• Establish clear performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a
culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with HR for hiring, training, and retaining top talent.
4. Client & Stakeholder Relations
• Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring their vision and requirements are
translated effectively into deliverables.
• Oversee client communications, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and nurture partnerships with vendors, talent agencies, and other industry
stakeholders.
5. Marketing & Business Development

video projects.

6. Financial Oversight
