The role involves assisting the sales team and providing essential support for effective sales operations. Manage Inventory in salesforce and enable sales team from unit allocations to deal execution stage.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Create payment plan and promotions and update in CRM.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the sales team's activities.
- Create and manage inventory allocations. Ensure mandatory attributes are available on CRM.
- Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Support sales team with inventory availability, Booking process, POP submission and Sales Contracts
Competencies:
- Graduate or Postgraduate
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Sales Operations role.
- High Efficiency in Excel
