- Manage day to day operations of the hospital.
- Ensure patient services are run smoothly & without any problems.
- Attend to patient feedbacks & complaints.
Skills
University degree in any discipline of medical/Para-medical science from a reputable university.
- Strong industry knowledge (healthcare / insurance).
- Should be a team-player with an aptitude for customer service.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and team members.
