You will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, ensuring effective client communication, and maintaining the company’s brand voice across all channels.

Pension Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development Client Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding marketing communications and project updates.
Understand client needs and ensure that all messaging and campaigns are aligned with their goals.
Follow up on campaign performance and client satisfaction, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Marketing Execution & Content Support: Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
Draft, edit, and proofread content for emails, presentations, social media, newsletters, and reports.
Work with the creative team to ensure that all materials meet brand guidelines and client expectations.
Coordinate with vendors, media partners, or freelancers when necessary.
Digital Engagement & Brand Messaging: Help manage online platforms and social media content that engages clients and drives interest.
Track marketing performance metrics and prepare internal reports and recommendations.
Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels and materials.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure campaign consistency and timing.
Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and client outreach initiatives.
Maintain organized records of client interactions, communications, and project deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a marketing or client communication role (experience in a marketing agency is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital tools, and customer engagement strategies.
Familiarity with content creation, CRM platforms, social media, and email marketing tools.
Organized, proactive, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing professionalism.
