We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our construction sites.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the contracting and construction industry, with proven experience in managing engineers, site activities, and administrative teams.

Lead and manage site engineers, ensuring smooth workflow and problem resolution.
Oversee administrative staff, including accounting, procurement, and site support personnel.
Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare reports on project status, financials, and workforce performance.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Optimize resource allocation, ensuring cost efficiency and minimizing waste.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to enhance team skills.
Oversee subcontractor work, ensuring compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
Implement quality control measures and conduct site inspections to maintain high construction standards.
Handle site-related administrative tasks, including payroll approvals and workforce scheduling.
Resolve any on-site conflicts or operational challenges that may arise.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in  Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum  8  years of experience in site management within the  contracting or construction industry.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience handling engineers, administrative staff, and site workers.
In-depth knowledge of  construction methods, materials, regulations, and safety standards.
Proficiency in  project management tools, scheduling software, and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
Financial acumen to oversee budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
