Join CMA CGM Iraq as an Outdoor Sales Specialist Iraq, a pivotal role within our Global Sales division under the Shipping - Commercial strategic business unit. This position is tailored for a professional who excels in cultivating relationships, identifying market opportunities, and driving sales growth in the dynamic maritime services sector across Iraq.



As an Outdoor Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for actively engaging with prospective clients and industry stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions that meet their maritime service needs. Your role will directly influence our market presence and contribute significantly to our business expansion goals in the region.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve commercial targets within Iraq, focusing on maritime service offerings.

  • Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular face-to-face engagements and effective communication.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events attendance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure client requirements are understood and met efficiently.

  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our services to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs.

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to inform strategic decisions.

  • Stay informed on maritime industry trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in the Iraqi market to provide clients with informed and up-to-date advice.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales development or business development within maritime services or related industries, preferably within the Iraqi market.

  • Applicants should be between 25 and 30 years of age.

  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in an outdoor, client-facing role.

  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.

  • Knowledge of the maritime sector's commercial dynamics, logistics, and regulatory environment is highly advantageous.

  • Fluency in English to effectively engage with Foreign prospects/customers and company's offices overseas
