Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, availability, and processes
Register leads and update customer information in the CRM system
Coordinate property viewings and follow up with clients
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
Support sales, leasing, and property management teams with customer coordination
Ensure excellent customer experience before and after sales/lease
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in customer service (real estate experience is an advantage)
Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
Ability to work under pressure and meet service standards
