Role Purpose
Zain Iraq actively recruiting to hire Creative Motion Design Specialist who is responsible for designing and developing motion graphics, animations, and static visuals for campaigns, advertising materials, social media, and digital platforms, while supporting campaign strategies through creative design solutions and execution of visual assets. It includes producing and adapting materials in various formats such as digital, video, and print, as well as collaborating with marketing teams and agencies to ensure consistent visual identity and effective execution of projects. The scope also covers contributing to branding, corporate identity, applying technical skills and artistic judgment to create impactful visuals, including photography, videography, CGI, VFX and video editing, and participating in creative sessions to provide design input while occasionally supporting copy development.
Responsibilities
Understand Marketing Communication, digital strategy, and Social Media and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets
Creativity, develop & execute products, and services, launching of Marketing materials (ATL/BTL) campaigns and other types of commercial campaigns as needed.
Assess recipient briefs from a strategic point of view and make sure it delivers on the required objective.
Communicate with internal commercial parties to services/products
Accommodate the annual material media plan per each advertising campaigns Requirements
Follow-up with Marketing Agencies on materials production & implementation of various materials needed for Marketing / Commercial campaigns
Develop different types of creative materials for any commercial activity be it 2D or 3D, static or motion graphics, FVX and video edits
Manage efficiently, creatively and professionally the adaptations of the campaign deliverables, be it visual or video, to meet the requirements of the different platforms, digital, social media, OOH and print and make sure the selling content is clear and well exposed in the best finished form.
Supervise (Ads, TVCs concepts, commercial messages & TVCs VO & radio recording) to ensure that the outcome delivers on the communication objectives.
Continuously communicate and maintain the relationship with production agencies and submit feedback about the performance of agencies upon request to management
Contribute to the development of advertising concepts.
Deliver verbal content like keywords and messages accompanied by the brief and the visual element for different media touchpoints like TV, Radio, and Social media captions.
Work closely with the creative team in brainstorming sessions to have input on the visual element.
Aware of social trends and seasonal events to develop ideas around these events on time.
Aware and hold good knowledge of latest technologies of Artificial intelligence and other technologies that support the workflow and enhance the productivity and creativity.
Provide highly creative and imaginative solutions in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques
Aware of the youth and local community and their consideration and interest.
Communicate with intellectual skills, written, and interpreters for our products.
