We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our real estate project team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and closing deals for residential and/or commercial units, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and achieving sales targets.
???? Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell real estate units (apartments, villas, plots, or commercial spaces)
- Identify and contact potential clients
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Explain project features, prices, payment plans, and contracts clearly to clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain an updated client database
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals professionally
- Coordinate with the sales manager and marketing team
- Prepare sales reports and update management regularly
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction before and after sales
✅ Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related sales field (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, CRM is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours (site visits, weekends if needed)
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
