Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all logistics operations (import, export, shipping, and local distribution)
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transport providers
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, customs laws, and documentation requirements
  • Prepare, review, and approve logistics and shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.)
  • Monitor shipment timelines and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
  • Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality and delivery timelines
  • Supervise inventory movements between warehouses, stores, and third-party locations
  • Track KPIs related to delivery performance, cost efficiency, and stock accuracy
  • Support demand planning and coordinate with procurement, finance, and sales teams
  • Manage claims related to damages, shortages, or losses
  • Prepare periodic logistics reports for management
