To lead data-driven initiatives by transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for advanced analytics, dashboard creation, predictive modeling, and mentoring junior analysts, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency Data Governance & Quality: Knowledge of data validation, profiling, anomaly detection, and handling missing/inconsistent data.
· Familiarity with DAX (Power BI) or calculated fields (Tableau) for custom metrics.
· Data Analysis & Querying: SQL (Advanced): Ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and work with large datasets.
· Version Control & Collaboration: Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version control tools to manage code and collaborate on analytics projects.
· Programming Languages: Python (preferred) or R: For data cleaning, manipulation (Pandas/Numpy), and basic machine learning or statistical modelling.
· Data Manipulation & ETL: Experience working with ETL tools (e.
g., Alteryx, Apache Airflow, Talend, or custom Python/SQL ETL scripts).
· Cloud Platforms (Nice to Have): Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for data storage, analytics services, or serverless functions.
· Data Warehousing: Working knowledge of data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or ClickHouse.
· Business Intelligence Tools: Power BI, Tableau.
· Statistical & Analytical Techniques: Regression analysis, clustering, time-series forecasting hypothesis testing, A/B testing.
· Machine Learning & AI Development: Hands-on experience in building predictive models, classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
Bachelor degree in Software Engineering or any related engineering field.
