كجزء من الفريق، ستكون بعض المسؤوليات الأساسية كما يلي:
• تنظيف مرافق معالجة الغذاء، غرف التخزين، ثلاجات الدخول، أدوات المطبخ، الممرات والحوامل كغرفة الاحتجاز وكذلك معدات التشغيل
• العمل بتعاون وثيق مع جميع موظفي المطبخ والخدمة
• العمل وفق جدول العمل والورديات
• أداء جميع مهام التدبير وفقاً للتعليمات المعطاة
• ضمان الحد الأدنى من الهدر والكسر والفساد
Job description
We are currently looking for dynamic, and self motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward.
This position is based at Slemani Rotana
As part of the team, some of the key responsibilities will include:
• Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge’s, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding areas as well as the operation equipment
• Work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service employees
• Work as per duty schedule and shifts
• Perform all stewarding tasks as per given instructions
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
