Remote Migration Agent Assistant / Interpreter – Iraq

We are seeking a reliable and professional Migration Agent Assistant / Interpreter based in Iraq to support an Australian migration practice with a growing Iraqi client base.

This is a remote position suitable for a candidate with strong communication, interpretation and administrative skills. The successful applicant will assist with communication between the Registered Migration Agent and clients in Iraq.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation during telephone, Zoom and online client consultations.
• Translate client communications and documents between English and relevant local languages.
• Communicate with clients to collect documents and information requested by the Migration Agent.
• Assist clients in understanding document checklists, appointments and application procedures.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents and information.
• Organise client records and provide general administrative support.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling personal and migration-related information.
• Refer all legal and migration advice to the Registered Migration Agent.

Essential Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
