Job Title: Construction Manager – Marine Offshore Piling Project (Iraq)

Location: Iraq (12 month Project Assignment)
Relocation: Must be willing and ready to relocate immediately

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a Marine Tubular Piling Project in Basrah, Iraq. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing marine and offshore construction projects, including tubular piling, jetties, quay walls, marine foundations, and port infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site construction activities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise marine tubular piling operations

• Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project execution

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment, and resources

• Resolve construction challenges while ensuring compliance with project specifications and HSSE requirements

• Prepare progress reports and oversee project delivery through completion

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• 15–20 years of experience in marine/offshore construction projects

• Mandatory experience in marine tubular piling projects

• Strong leadership, planning, and site management skills

• Gulf/International project experience preferred

• Must be willing to relocate to Basrah, Iraq
