• Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in process safety and risk management for large oil, gas, or refining projects.
• Technical Background: Strong expertise in process safety studies, QRA, RAM, safety-critical systems, and international safety standards.

• Ability to integrate safety across disciplines and project phases
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
• Experience in multi-contractor project environments

The Senior Process Safety Engineer is responsible for the governance and management of all process safety, risk management, and loss prevention activities throughout the full lifecycle of the integrated project. Acting on behalf of the Owner within the PMT, this role ensures that safety considerations are embedded in site selection, layout development, FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning, and start-up. The Senior Process Safety Engineer oversees all safety studies, risk assessments, and safety-related design reviews, and ensures alignment with international standards, regulatory requirements, and Owner safety philosophy. The role includes oversight of PMC safety resources and coordination of safety inputs across all contractors and licensors.
