This is a fast-track project and schedule-oriented Design to enhance the production. The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: Restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24 , ~30km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability; flaring elimination and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the Safety and Security facilities. Ensuring strict adherence to safety requirements and operational procedures. Strong understanding of safety regulations in the oil and gas industry, as well as communication and risk management skills. Health, Safety and Environment Activities: Support and enforce project guidelines and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) objectives. Attend HSE meetings and training when necessary. Participate in or lead Job Safety Analysis, make suggestions, stop dangerous situations, and report anomalies, accidents, and incidents. Activities: Coordinate and oversee the permit to work process to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Ensure that workers understand and adhere to safety requirements associated with permits to work. Collaborate with operational teams to safely plan and execute work activities. Identify and assess potential risks associated with tasks and work activities and recommend corrective measures. Provide training and support to employees on permit to work procedures and safety best practices. Responsible for the daily coordination of the Permit to Work (PTW) system for start-up operations. Maintain proper records of all permits and associated certificates raised in connection with operation and facility construction activities.
