ضمان جاهزية وسلامة مباني ومرافق البنك من خلال تنفيذ ومتابعة أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية: تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة البسيطة للكهرباء، الإنارة، السباكة، التكييف والمرافق.
متابعة ومعالجة الأعطال في المكتب الرئيسي والفروع.
تنفيذ ومتابعة خطط الصيانة الوقائية.
التنسيق مع شركات وفنيي الصيانة الخارجيين عند الحاجة.
متابعة جودة أعمال المقاولين ومقدمي الخدمات.
متابعة احتياجات ومواد وقطع غيار الصيانة.
تسجيل أعمال الصيانة والأعطال وإعداد التقارير اللازمة.
الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة وسياسات البنك.
المؤهلات والخبرات دبلوم أو بكالوريوس فني أو خبرة عملية ذات صلة.
خبرة في أعمال الصيانة والمرافق.
معرفة أساسية بالكهرباء والسباكة والتكييف.
مهارات جيدة في حل المشاكل والتواصل والتنظيم.
Job description
Ensure the readiness and safety of the bank buildings and facilities by implementing and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Main responsibilities: carry out basic maintenance works for electricity, lighting, plumbing, air conditioning, and facilities.
Monitor and address faults in the head office and branches.
Implement and follow up on preventive maintenance plans.
Coordinate with external maintenance companies and technicians when needed.
Monitor the quality of work by contractors and service providers.
Track maintenance needs, materials, and spare parts.
Record maintenance work and faults and prepare the necessary reports.
Adhere to safety procedures and bank policies.
Qualifications and experience: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in technical fields or related practical experience.
Experience in maintenance and facilities work.
Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning.
Good skills in problem solving, communication, and organization.
