الشروط والمتطلبات:
1- شهادة جامعية مناسبة
2- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كأخصائي توظيف بالشركات الصناعية للعمالة اليدوية Blue-collar workers
3- إجادة اللغة الانجليزية
4- احترافية البحث عن الوظائف على منصات التوظيف ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي
5- مهارة فائقة في تصفية السير الذاتية وإعداد الـ Shortlist بكفاءة
6- القدرة على بناء علاقات جيده مع المرشحين للوظائف
7- مهارة التفاوض والقدرة على اقناع الكفاءات بالانضمام للعمل بالشركة
يفضل من الانبار او بغداد

7- Negotiation skills and the ability to persuade qualified candidates to join the company
