Oversee project purchases to ensure that they comply with contractual, legal, and financial regulations.
Evaluate available suppliers to select the most appropriate one to purchase cost-effective materials and project supplies to meet organizational requirements.
Improve project quality and organizational revenue by negotiating with suppliers properly on lead-time, quality, and costs.

Skills

Able to analyze technical documents and specifications to understand critical requirements
Holding expertise in understanding technical requirements and specifications through project documents.
Proficient in written and verbal modes of communication required for project activities and client interactions.
Able to understand project-related requirements by examining and analyzing technical documents.
Should have experience in working with major Fabrication, Oil & Gas or Construction Companies with local & international market experience.
