Aspion have been retained to support an exciting client seeking their next Sales & Design Consultant to join their fast-growing team based in Abu Dhabi. Specialising in custom-designed children's spaces, my client offers innovative solutions for schools, nurseries, hospitals, and residential projects across the UAE and the Middle East. From bespoke playhouses and climbing frames to sensory play areas, they bring kids' environments to life with creativity and precision.
About the Role:
As a Sales & Design Consultant, you'll be the crucial link between clients and my client’s exceptional design team. Your role will involve managing inquiries, qualifying leads, and meeting with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored design solutions. You’ll deliver quotations, close deals, and guide projects from conception to handover. Initially, you'll work on smaller projects, building your expertise as you grow into larger and more complex deals. This position suits a driven, creative individual who excels under pressure and is passionate about bringing innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming warm inquiries, assess opportunities, and qualify leads. No need for cold calling due to the high volume of consistent incoming enquiries.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision and offer personalised design solutions.
- Create detailed quotations and follow up for any revisions, aiming to close deals.
- Collaborate with the production team and handle the project transition, including PO and invoicing.
- Build strong client relationships, nurturing both new prospects and existing accounts.
- Prospect for new opportunities, including reconnecting with dormant clients.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Who You Are: You might have a background in interior design or sales, with a talent for space planning and translating ideas into actionable designs.
You excel in fast-paced environments, managing a variety of projects and high volumes of clients.
Whether you're a former teacher, project manager, or an experienced sales professional, you know how to sell products and manage numerous ongoing projects or deals.
