Responsibilities:
• Conduct fire hazard analyses and risk assessments for projects of varying
complexity.
• Design and specify fire protection systems, including automatic fire sprinkler
systems, fire alarm and detection systems, smoke control systems, and means of
egress.
• Review and approve contractor submittals for fire protection and life safety
systems.
• Perform site inspections to verify compliance with codes, regulations, and project
specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure fire
protection and life safety considerations are integrated into project designs.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest fire codes, regulations, and technologies.
• Using AutoCAD and other related software professionally.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in fire protection engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Fire and Life
Safety Engineer, A must graduated from Prince Hussine Academy
• Strong understanding of SBC, NFPA, IBC, and other relevant fire codes and
standards.
• Proficient in fire modeling software and fire protection design calculations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
