Job Overview
The Sr. Officer, Sales Operations main responsibility is focusing on providing insightful data analysis to help drive sales performance and profit objectives.
What You'll Do
- Owns, understands, maintains, and updates client/ partner records, including billing criteria, contracts, invoice history, and transactions/ sales volume.
- Gathers and verifies the records of sales volumes and transactions of clients/ partners and prepares and submits corresponding invoices.
- Handles correspondence for invoice collections.
- Creates periodical reports regarding the current status of client/ partner accounts (billing, invoicing, and collection).
- Researches discrepancies and past-due amounts and reconciles accounts receivable on a periodic basis.
- Assists in generating monthly billing statements
- Ensures sales process adoption and compliance with internal/ external parties to ensure greater sales efficiency
- Supports the sales team with operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
- Organizes data and generates deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Who You Are
- BSc Degree in Business Information Technology, or any other related field
- A maximum of 3 years of experience
- Solid grasp of MS Excel, likes dealing with figures and formulas
- Organized team player with excellent oral/ written follow-up and communication skills
- Very good command of English
