This position is responsible in driving data-driven insights and analysis to improve decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns by collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
1.Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather data from various sources, including web analysis, social media, email campaigns and market research.
- Use data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, SQL) to extract meaningful insights from raw data.
- Assist brand managers in their analysis for campaigns and overall product strategy.
- Perform segmentation and profiling of customer data to identify target audiences and market trends.
2.Campaign Performance Evaluation:
- Monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI, conversion rates, click-through rates and other relevant KPI's.
- Identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.
3.Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences and competitive landscapes.
- Provide insights on market opportunities and potential threats to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze segment size, fluctuation, volume and competitive landscape.
4.Reporting and Visualization:
- Compile monthly market reports that analyze competition using MEAC data and collect real-time market data.
- Develop and sustain reports, dashboards and data visualizations to effectively communicate marketing performance metrics to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the compilation of quarterly reports for the VIVA exercise, which will be shared with Toyota and TMC.
- Provide an overview of secondary markets, encompassing both new and pre-owned segments
- Present a status update on the development of the digital application for the POV marketplace, and report on the advancements and market reach of mobility products like FLEX and lease to own.
- Generate monthly reports concerning the financing solutions, specifically those provided by dealerships and financial institutions.
5.A/B Testing and Experimentation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for refining strategies.
6.Forecasting and Budgeting:
- Assist in developing marketing budgets based on data analysis and historical performance.
- Provide input for revenue forecasts and help track marketing expenses against budget.
7.Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activities and marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate our brand and products in the market.
- Analyze value adjusted pricing (VIVA) trend lines, perceived value and perceived price of existing lineup in comparison with competition.
8.Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, analytics tools, and industry best practices.
- Share knowledge and insights with the marketing team to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree - Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing channels & platforms, data analysis tools
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
