We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as a Solutions Engineer. This role is designed for individuals with strong technical foundations, excellent communication skills, and a high willingness to learn and grow in enterprise technology solutions.
During the probation period, you will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure to real customer environments, working closely with sales, senior engineers, and solution architects.
Responsibilities Complete structured technical training and solution enablement Learn company solution portfolio and customer use cases Engage with customers to understand technical and business requirements Design and support implementation of technical solutions Support sales activities through Technical presentations, Product demos, Proof-of-concepts (PoCs) Work across a range of solutions, including Artificial Intelligence & Data Platforms, Cybersecurity Solutions, Infrastructure & Virtualization, Automation & Business Solutions Assist in documentation, solution proposals, and handover Collaborate with project and delivery teams
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Science, Engineering or related fields. Linux fundamentals, Virtualization concepts (VMs, Hypervisors), Basic system administration Understanding of Databases (SQL / NoSQL basics), Applications & services, Networking fundamentals Familiarity with cloud or on-prem infrastructure Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to explain technical concepts clearly Strong learning mindset and curiosity Fast learner with problem-solving attitude Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work in a team environment
