Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Erbil Governorate, Iraq. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, address customer needs, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong customer connections, managing accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and preparing performance reports. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations, resolving customer concerns, and driving business growth through effective relationship management.
Qualifications Client Relationship Management and Account Development skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities Analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying sales opportunities Reporting and data analysis experience Proficiency in customer management software and CRM tools Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred Previous experience in an account management role is highly advantageous Knowledge of the wellness and pharmaceutical industries is a strong plus
