Job Title: Maintenance Manager – Flexible Manufacturing

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and develop our maintenance operations within a flexible manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure high equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the production facility.
Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, and technical staff). • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. • Ensure all manufacturing equipment operates at maximum efficiency. • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns in a timely manner. • Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget. • Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. • Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery. • Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve performance. • Prepare regular maintenance reports and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). • Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing (flexible packaging is a strong advantage). • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of PLCs, industrial automation, and modern maintenance systems. • Ability to read technical drawings and machine manuals. • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns.
Preferred Experience • Experience with flexible packaging machines such as: • Extruders • Printing Machines (Flexo/Rotogravure) • Slitters & Rewinders • Bag-making machines • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and TPM concepts.
